This dual chamber system has been configured with new gas boxes and new sub frames, refurbished slit doors and main robot and arm.

The chamber heater, guide rings and tubes are all new. The matches are refurbished by my partner as seen on the RF Trazar match repair. The tool has under gone a full refurbishment of all items and many many new items have been added to up-grade this tool to the newest configuration.

This tool will be offer with full installation and full start-up. Warranty and process guarantee.

A 2nd chamber or side chamber up-grade is available. This enhancement to an existing Mattson single chamber system can improve the throughput of the system.

Configuration can be setup as required. This is only a sample picture and not the actual chamber.

This remote pump power distribution box is for sale "As is- Where is" and has not been tested.

The pictures show a very good condition of this remove pump power box. The safety interlocking mechanism for the door is of a very high standard.
